Vorbereitung : Ort the
bulgur in a groß dish. Sprinkle withWasser
, cover
and leave for 15 minutes. Wash the vegetables,
remove the stem and seeds of the Grüner Pfeffers,
clean off the surplus from Zwiebeln, Petersilie and
the Minze. Chop all the vegetables except the romaine
Salat finely and add to the bulgur. Add the
Tomate-Teig , Öl, Zitronesaft , Salz and the other
seasonings and mix well. Arrange Salat leaves
around the sides of a serving dish and Ort the
Kisir in the center.
