ADANA PROVINCE PUBLIC LIBRARY
It was established in 1923 by joining the libraries of Seyh and Ramazanoglu.
Other books were added from the Ulucami Library and from foundations.
It was called Ramazanoglu Library at that time. It moved to its present location in Kultur Sitesi on January 5, 1976.
The library includes various sections including information, periodicals, reading room, books to borrow, and a children's section.
There is also a mobile library for readers who can't come to the library for some reason.

HACI MEHMET SABANCI CHILDREN'S LIBRARY
It is located in Yavuzlar neighborhood in a two story building built by the H. Omer Sabanci Foundation.

100. YIL CHILDREN'S LIBRARY
It is in incirlik village in a building built by the municipality in 1981.
There are also children's and normal public libraries in nine counties in Adana Province.

ART STATE FINE ARTS GALLERY
It has been in service since 1978. It moved to its present building in the Adana Kultur Sitesi in 1981.
