Preparing :
1- Clean fish and cut into small pcs. Place
pcs in a large pan.
2- Add water, salt, and garlic pcs. Cover and
cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
3- Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5-10
minutes.
4- Spoon stew into bowls. Melt margarine and drizzle
over bowls. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with
crusty bread.
