Sardines In Vine Leaves

  Ingredients: Amount
  Sardine 30 pc
  Salt 2 teaspoon
  Fresh Vine Leave 30 pc
  Olive Oil 1/4 cup
  Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
  Bay Leave 8-10 pc

Preparing : Wash sardines. Sprinkle with salt. Put in a colander. Let stand for 15 minutes; drain. Combine with bay leaves. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with oil. Wash vine leaves and wipe well. Brush with oil. Wrap each sardine with wine leaf. Arrange in a covered baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
