Preparing : Boil the trotter
and lamb with the all ingredients seperatelly.
Strain them. In a sauce pan, put 1 table spoon
of flour, 2 table spoon of yogurth,2 pc. of egg
and 1 lemon juice. Whisk them well and boil it
in trotter-broth. Add in salt and white pepper
powder. Place the lamb shanks in a plate, put
the trotters around it. seRve it with vegetables
and Sauce. You can also serve it with garlic or
fried pepper Sauce.
