  Squash 40 Gr
  Cauliflover 40 gr
  Fresh Mushroom 40 gr
  Onion(thin slized) 1 pc
  Garlic (thin slized) 1 pc
  Tomato 2 pc
  Mille_feuille 200 gr
  Egg yolk 2 pc
  White pepper, Oil  
  Parsley brenches.  

Preparing :Look the Fish in chorcoal,fry calamary in oil.Put the butter into fraying pan then add onion,garlic and tomato saute.add fish consome,boil mixture 10 minutes.Filter and add salt-white pepper.Put the fish on the sauce.Cook vegetables in boiling water,then sauted,ornate the plate then serve.
