With Talatur Sauce Red Mullet

  Ingredients: Amount
  Mullet (cleaned-salted) 8 pc
  Oil and Flour 200 Gr
  Walnut 250 Gr
  Garlic 100 Gr
  Water 1 glass
  Lemon 2 pc

Preparing :Beat the walnut well. After you beat the garlic, mix it with the walnut. Boil this mixture in a glass of water for a while. Smear the mullet in the flour and fry them. Take them to a big plate and serve it with the talatur sauce, lemon juice and onion or lettuce.
