Preparing :Clean Kidney
Beans and add 4 cups water, boil for 20 minutes,
drain. Keep 1,5 cup bean stock. Squeeze lemon.
Heat oil, put chopped onions cook until browned.
Add, cubed potato, carrot and sliced green pepper,
cook half. Add saucepan boiled Kidney Beans ,
processed tomatoes, stock, lemon juice, salt and
sugar. Cook 20 minutes. Sprinkle finely chopped
parsley on top, serve cold.
