Preparing :Combine ground
meat, bread crumbs, gratedonions, salt and pepper.
Blend thoroughly. Knead for 10 minutes. Divide
into egg sized pcs mal balls. Thread each ball
on metal skewers. Squeeze threaded meat balls
firmly on skewers with slightly wetted fıngers
until 2 ½ cm (1 inch) in diameter. Leave finger
prints over shish köftes. Brush with oil. Grill
over charcoal or broil in oven until golden brown
on all sides. Serve immediately while hot.
