Preparing :Boil the chopped
chicken first. Grill the aubergine and pell them
all. Mash it with lemon juice and margarine. In
other Sauce pan melt the margarine with flour.
Add the milk and make the Sauce ready. Mix the
Sauce with mashed aubergine, bolide and fry them
all. tAke them to a big tray. Put the mixtre on
top of the potatos and add the grated cheddar
before you put it into the oven serve it when
it’s cooked.
