  Ingredients : Amount
  Veal 800 gr
  Carrot 100 gr
  Garlic 4 small pc
  The Sauce : Amount
  Celery-leaves 1 pc
  Onion 1 pc
  Leek 1/2bunch
  Beans 2 pc
  Parsley 2 bunch
  Bay-leaves 2 pc
  Red pepper 3 pc
  Garniture : Amount
  Fresh Bean 500 gr

Preparing : Clear the veal and put the garlic and carrot (peeled) inside of the veal. Fry the ingredients for Sauce and cook them all (with the veal) in oil. Than add the water and after it’s cooked weel strain the veal. When you tide up take veal the starch stings, slice it and serve it with some vegetables.
