Preparing :Cut the meat
into four pc. Tenderize hammering and grill. Put
the margarine in the pan. Add the hot or ketchup
creamy sauce and sprinkle the black pepper. When
the mixture boils, put the grilled meat in the
sance, shake well and take them out. Cut the onion
in rings, mix flour and then dip the rings into
beaten eggs and bread crumps and then deep fry.Fry
the bread slices and put on the serving plate.
Put the saucy meat pc. on top. Pour enjgh sauce
to cover the meat. Decorate the plate with chapped
parsley, bolied and chopped artichoke, asparagus
and fried potatoes.
