Preparing : 1- Boil prawns
and peel.
2- In a saucepan, place oil, finely chopped onion,
diced carrots and crushed garlic. Lightly saute.
3- Peel tomatoes and chop into small pcs. Add
to saucepan and saute for a few minutes.
4- Add flour and stir through. Add prawns. Mix.
5- Add 250 ml water and bring to a boil.
6- Remove from heat and place in earthen pot and
cook for 15 minutes.
