Preparing : Mix together
1 l water, lemon salt and ½ tablespoon flour.
Put artichokes in it to stop blacking.
Cut in cubes potatoes and carrots add on artichokes.
In another saucepan beat, ½ tablespon flour and
¼ cup water, then add 1 l water. Drain vegetables
and add in saucepan. Add, olive oil, sugar, salt,
shallots. After boiling cook 20 minutes. When
cooled, add peas and sprinkle dill, serve cold.
