Artichoke

  Ingredients: Amount
  Artichoke 4 pc
  Potato 2 pc
  Carrot 2 pc
  Shallots 2 pc
  Boiled peas 8 bas
  Olive oil 3/4 cup
  Lemon 1 pc
  Lemon salt 1 parça
  Flour 1 tablespoons
  Finely chopped dill
1 tablespoon
  Sugar,Salt
 

Preparing : Mix together 1 l water, lemon salt and ½ tablespoon flour. Put artichokes in it to stop blacking. Cut in cubes potatoes and carrots add on artichokes. In another saucepan beat, ½ tablespon flour and ¼ cup water, then add 1 l water. Drain vegetables and add in saucepan. Add, olive oil, sugar, salt, shallots. After boiling cook 20 minutes. When cooled, add peas and sprinkle dill, serve cold.
