Preparation
Prepare raised dough as instructed in "Peynirli
Pide" (Pide with Cheese). Set aside. For
fılling: Combine fınely chopped onions, tomatoes,
ground meat, hot pepper sauce, salt and black
pepper. Add water; mix well. Divide into 8 portions.
Prepare pides with ground meat fılling following
instructions in "Peynirli Pide". Bake
in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until golden
brown. Serve hot.
