Red Lentil Soup

  Ingredients: Amount
  Red lentils 75 gr
  Onion 1
  Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  Red pepper paste 1 teaspoon
  Water 1.5 Lt
  Fine bulgur 50 gr
  Butter 2 tablespoons
  Red pepper 2 teaspoons
  Dried mint 2 teaspoons
  Salt ½ teaspoon

Preparing : 1- Chop onion finely and lightly brown in butter.
2- Add water, washed lentils, bulgur, tomato and pepper pastes and salt. Stir and cook Flourtil lentils and bulgur are soft.
3- Remove from heat, add red pepper and dried mint, serve.
