Preparing : Cut top of
green peppers, wash well.
Heat olive oil in pan, add pine nuts, cook, stirring,
for a couple of minutes. Add chopped onions until
onions are browned, add and stir rice, 1,5 cups
water, currants, blackpepper, sugar, salt, allspice
and stir well. Boil until water finishes.
Put the heat off then add, stirring, chopped pansley,
dill, mint.
Stuff green peppers with filling. Slice tomato
and put on top of every green pepper a pc of
tomato. Add ½ cup water, boil until peppers are
cooked, serve cold.
