Preparation : Clean the
artichokes, and add in some lemon-juice. Boil
it in lemon-juice water for 15-20 min. Melt the
butter in a Sauce-pan and saute onion and mushrooms.
aDd in cream and make it thicker. Put the mixture
inside of the artichokes and spread cheese over
them. Decorate it with caviar and serve it with
rice.
