With Mushroom Artichoke

  Ingredients: Amount
  Artichokes
4 pc
  Mushrooms
100 gr
  Cream 50 gr
  Permazon cheese 100 gr
  Butter 50 gr
  Caviar 20 gr
  Lemon 1/2pc
  Salt  
  Onion 1/2pc

Preparation : Clean the artichokes, and add in some lemon-juice. Boil it in lemon-juice water for 15-20 min. Melt the butter in a Sauce-pan and saute onion and mushrooms. aDd in cream and make it thicker. Put the mixture inside of the artichokes and spread cheese over them. Decorate it with caviar and serve it with rice.
