Stuffed Anchovy

  Ingredients: Amount
  Anchovy (without bones) 600 gr
  Aubergine 400 gr
  Green pepper (chopped) 2 pc
  Onion (chopped) 1 pc
  Tomato (peeled and chopped) 2 pc
  Garlic (chopped) 3 pc
  Parsley (chopped) ½bunch
  Carrot (sliced) 150 gr
  Oil 300 gr
  Margarine, Salt.  

Preparing : Fry the carrots and aubergines.melt the margarine in a pan and saute onion. Add in green peppers, tomato and garlic. Saute it for 7-8 min, Add in salt and leave it aside. Place the aubergines one top of the others and carrots. Put anchovy on aubergines and carrots. Add in tomato Sauce and parsley. Make a roll. Make the same process in four times and cook it in the oven fr. 15-20 min. Place it in plates and serve it with Sauce.
