Preparing :Melt the 50gr.butter
in a Sauce pan and saute onion. Add in spinach,
400 gr. cream, salt and black pepper. Place the
sea-bass pc. first in a tray. Put the spinach
mixture on top of it. Make it as a lazania. Pour
some wine over it and steam it. In an other Sauce-pan,
melt the butter and add in flour, cream, salt
and saffron. Mix it well and make a sause. Pour
it over the sea-bass. Serve it.
