Sword Fish on Skewers

  Ingredients: Amount
  Sword fish 750 gr
  Salt 20 gr
    1 tablespoon
  Oil 1 tablespoon
  Onion juice 1 tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon
  Leaves 12 bay
  Marinade:  
  Lemon juice 1
  Olive oil 60 ml
  Parsley  

Preparing : 1- Cut fish into small pcs. Add lemon juice, oil, onion juice, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Mix and allow to rest for 5 hours.
2- Place fish pcs on skewers. Barbeque for 5 minutes, brushing marinade over fish.
3- Serve with lemon juice and a fresh garden Salad.
