With Shrimp Artichoke

  Ingredients: Amount
  Artichoke 4 pc
  Onion 12 pc
  Potatos 2 pc
  Carrot 1 pc
  Lemon 2 pc
  Jumbo Shrimps 4 pc
  Oil 150 gr
  Mayonnaise 80 gr
  Tomato puree 40 gr
  Flour 80 gr
  Dill and Salt  
  Sugar 20 gr

Preparing :Mix the flour, lemon juice and water. Put the artichokes, in this water. Than cook the artichokes with carrot, potatos and onion. Add oil, flour, lemon juice, salt and sugar. When it gets cool, decorate the plate with the shrimps. Mix the mayonaise with the tomato puree and pour over the artichokes. seRve it with some dill.
