Preparing :Mix the flour,
lemon juice and water. Put the artichokes, in
this water. Than cook the artichokes with carrot,
potatos and onion. Add oil, flour, lemon juice,
salt and sugar. When it gets cool, decorate the
plate with the shrimps. Mix the mayonaise with
the tomato puree and pour over the artichokes.
seRve it with some dill.
