Potatoes Burger

  Ingredients: Amount
  Potatoe
5 medium size
  Bread (stale)
2 thin slices
  Parsley 2/3 bunch
  Yellow cheese 5 tablespoon
  Egg
1 pc
  Salt
1 1/2 teaspoon
  Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
  Oil 3 tablespoon

Preparation : Cook potatoes in water until tender. Peel and mash while still hot; cool. Soak bread in clod water. Squeeze dry. Combine potatoes, bread, egg, minced parsley, cheese, salt and spices. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 18 egg sized 7 mm thick oval flat patties between oiled palms. Arrange in an oiled baking pan. Bake in a moderate oved for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Transfer on a serving plate with a turner. Serve hot.
