Preparing : Clean the
artichokes with their stems. Clean carrot and
potatoes and cut them with parizien spoon. Put
them on artichokes. Saute flour, salt, sugar,
oil and lemon juice, water.Pour it over the artichokes.
Cover it with foil paper. Cook it in the ower
1,5 hour. Serve it with pear, broad bean and dill.
