Aubergine Bindallı

  Ingredients: Amount
  Aubergine
4 pc
  Lamb (without bones)
400 gr
  Onion 16 pc
  Carrot 2 pc
  Corn 100 gr
  Mushrooms 8 pc
  Garlic
4 small pc
  Tomatos 2 pc
  Tomato-puree 2 tea spoon
  Margarine 2 table spoon
  Oil 400 gr
  Parsley 1/2bunch
  Marrow 2 pc
  salt and black pepper  
  Peas 100 gr

Preparation : Melt the margarine and fry the chopped meat for 5 min. and add in onion, carrot, mushrooms, garlic, corn and peas. Cook it for 35 min. and add the tomatos, tomato-puree and water-cook it for 10 min. before you add marrow. Salt and black pepper. Spread out some parsley after it’s cooked. Fry the aubergines andstuff the aubergines with the mixture. Serve it with rice.
