Preparation : Melt the
margarine and fry the chopped meat for 5 min.
and add in onion, carrot, mushrooms, garlic, corn
and peas. Cook it for 35 min. and add the tomatos,
tomato-puree and water-cook it for 10 min. before
you add marrow. Salt and black pepper. Spread
out some parsley after it’s cooked. Fry the aubergines
andstuff the aubergines with the mixture. Serve
it with rice.
