Chicken Shish Kebabi

  Ingredients: Amount
  Chicken 1 pc
  Onion 3 medium size
  Milk 1/2 cup
  Oliv olive 1/4 cup
  Salt 2 teaspoon
  Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  Tyme 1 teaspoon
  Pearl onion (shallots) 15 pc
  Tomatoe 3 small size
  Green Pepperl 6 medium size

Preparing :Bone chicken. Remove skin. Cut into 2 1/2-3 cm (1-1 1/2 inch). Set aside. Grate onions. Combine with milk and olive oil. Add seasonings; stir. Combine with chicken cubes. Place in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove from marinate; drain. Thread on metal skewers alternating with vegetables. Broil on charcoal, rotating. Serve hot.
