Preparing : Peel celeries,
halve and carve. Squeeza lemons and pour on celeries.
Cube potatoes and carrots, share on each celeries,
add water, sugar, salt, simmer, covered until
celeries are tender. In bowl beat egg yolk, flour,
½ cup water, add celery stock and make warm. Pour
mixture in to saucepan. Boil 1-2 minutes. Serve
cold.
