In Konya Style Chicken

  Ingredients: Amount
  Chicken 1 pc
  Cheddar-cheese 300 gr
  Cheese (made in long strips), 200 gr
  Margarine 100 gr
  Tomato 500 gr
  Green pepper 200 gr
  Salt and black pepper 1 teaspoon
  Potato (peeled) 4 pc
  Bay-leaf 8 leaves

Preparing : Cut the chicken wings and llegs. Make the chicken fillets wit hout bones and divide in four. Add in salt. Grill them and cut in long strips. Place them in earthenware cooking pot and add in bay-leaves and black pepper seeds. In an other pan, saute pepper and tomato in margarine. Pour it over the chicken. Add in grated cheddar-cheese, cheese and fried potatoes. Cook in the oven (150 C) for 20 min. serve it.
