Preparation : 1- Lightly
fry thinly diced onions in oil until soft. Add
meat and fry until cooked.
2- Wash okra in a little vinegar and salt. Set
aside.
3- Add washed and sliced green beans to meat,
cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4- Add peppers, eggplant, squash, tomatoes and
okra.
5- Pour water over vegetables and add salt to
taste.
6- Place lid on pan and cook on medium heat until
cooked. Serve with rice if desired.
