Summer Vegetable Stew

Vegetable Dishes
 
   
  Ingredients: Amount
  Diced lamb
250 gr
  Okra 1 handful
  Squash 2 medium sized
  Eggplant 2 medium sized
  Green beans 2 handfuls
  Green peppers 4 pc
  Onions 2 pc
  Tomatoes 4 pc
  Water 500 ml
  Salt, Black pepper  

Preparation : 1- Lightly fry thinly diced onions in oil until soft. Add meat and fry until cooked.
2- Wash okra in a little vinegar and salt. Set aside.
3- Add washed and sliced green beans to meat, cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4- Add peppers, eggplant, squash, tomatoes and okra.
5- Pour water over vegetables and add salt to taste.
6- Place lid on pan and cook on medium heat until cooked. Serve with rice if desired.
