  Chicken 600 gr
  Margarine 150 gr
  Mushrooms 50 gr
  Oil 300 gr
  Water 1 glass
  Milk 200 gr
  Cheddar 80 gr
  Salt  

Preparing : Boil the articholekes In the meat-broth and lemon juice.fry sliced aubergines.Melt the margarine in a sauce-pan and fryThe onion and mushrooms for 2 min and add the tomato-puree and salt,cook them all for 10 min.
Besemal Sauce : Fry the flour for 2 min. And after a while add the milk and boil for 3 min.After you add the salt, the sauce is ready.
