Preparing : Take the bones,
out off the lamb make holes and put pc.of garlic
in it. Put the vegetables in the lamb. Cooked
200cc.1 hour and served with rice.
Rice Pilav:Wait rice in a tepid water 1/2hour.
Put the pan with a margarine and cook. Add all
the other item and cook again. After that put
therice in a yufka cook in the oven for 30 min.
