Preparing : Saute onion,
pepperoni, mushroom, tomato. Add chesse, salt
and pepper, in a different post saute, spinach.
Open the fillet and put inside the above sauteed
vegetables. Then place the spinach on top equally
and roll it around. First grill and cook for about
5 min. in the oven. Remove the marrow from the
veal bones. Simmer in a pot with red wine. Prepare
one liter of sauce jus and boil. Add to this sauce
the sliced marrows.
