Preparing :Grind the lemon
skin. Add 10 gr. of whole black pepper ground
it. Melt the of butter and add it on grinded lemon
skin. Boil the cogne, creame and black pepper
for 5 min. Put your sauce aside. After barbacueing
the chicken add the sauce on it. Add the mozarella
cheese on it. After browning the dish you can
add as a side dish, rice, vegetables for service.
