Mushroom Salad

  Ingredients: Amount
  Crepe 4 pc
  Mushrooms 450 gr
  Spinach 100gr
  Jambon 100 gr
  Butter 45 gr
  Onion 80 gr
  Chicken Broth 25 cl
  Cream 30 gr
  Lemon juice. 1 spoon

Preparing : Fry tha mushrooms in a butter. Fry the boiled spinach and jambon pc. in an other pan and add in the mushrooms. Put this mixture inside of the crepes and tie it with the spinach roots and keep it in the oven.
Sauce : Boil the chicken broth and add in cream. After you add some lemon juice, boil it.
