Puffs With Mushroom

  Ingredients: Amount
  Margarine 125 gr
  Flour 2 cup
  Egg 2 pc
  Water 1 cup
  Lemon juice 1/4 lemon
  Salt yeterince
  Sauce: Amount
  Boiled mushroom
150 gr
  Butter 2 tablespoons
  Flour 1 tablespoons
  Milk 2 cup
  Desiccated coconut
1 tablespoons
  Salt  

Preparing : To make sauce, cook butter and flour for 2-3 minutes, add milk, after boiling add chopped mushrooms, coconut and salt. Mix flour, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, lemon juice , water and knead well. Roll out dough 1 cm thick, cover top 1/3 of butter, fold four times, cover with wet cloth, rest 10 minutes in fridge. Do the same two times more. Divide dough in four, roll out each 1 cm thick, put sauce in and roll. Do the same for another dough pcs, cover top with egg yolk, bake in 200 C oven, 20 minutes or until browned, serve warm.
