Preparing : To make sauce,
cook butter and flour for 2-3 minutes, add milk,
after boiling add chopped mushrooms, coconut and
salt. Mix flour, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, lemon juice
, water and knead well. Roll out dough 1 cm thick,
cover top 1/3 of butter, fold four times, cover
with wet cloth, rest 10 minutes in fridge. Do
the same two times more. Divide dough in four,
roll out each 1 cm thick, put sauce in and roll.
Do the same for another dough pcs, cover top with
egg yolk, bake in 200 C oven, 20 minutes or until
browned, serve warm.
