  Tomato 1 pc
  Garlic (mashed) 1 pc
  Leek 75 gr
  Parsley 1/4 bunches
  White-Wine 2,5 lt.
  Butter 100 gr
  Saffron 5 gr
  Tost-bread  

Preparing : Melt the butter and saute all the vegetables, except fishes for 10 min. Add in fishes, shrimps, mussels and wine. Cook it for 5 min. Spread mashed garlic over the tosts and fry them. Serve the meal with tosts
