Fried Mussel

  Ingredients: Amount
  Shelled 50 mussels,
  Oil, for frying 90 gr
  Flour 120 gr
  Lemon 1 pc
  Parsley 1 pc
  Salt 2 ç.kasigi
  Small Beer 1 pc
  Green peper 2 pc

Preparing : 1- Clean mussels and remove fibres around edges.
2- Remove excess water with paper towel.
3- Lightly flour mussels.
4- Heat oil.
5- Fry mussels. Drain on absorbent paper.
6- While hot, sprinkle with salt. Arrange on platter with lemon wedges. Serve.
