  KoyFlour Eti(Kemiksiz)
1 kg
  Tomato 2 pc
  Carrot 2 medium size
  Potato 2 medium size
  Onion 3 pc
  Kekik 1 t.kasigi
  Sicak Water 1 cup
  Taze Bazelye 35 gr

Preparing : Eti 1.5-2 santimetrekup irilikte dogra, yayvan bir tencereye koy, kisik ateste biraktigi çekene degin, kapali olarak yaklasik 1 saat pisir. Sebzeleri yika. Havucu kazi, Potato i soy. Carrot, Potato ve Tomatoi etin buyuklugunde dogra, ete kat. Taze iç bezelye, Salt, Black Pepper ve koy. Kisik ateste yaklasik 45 dakika daha pisir. Ocaktan almadan önce uzerine kekik serp.
