With Aubergine Chicken

  Ingredients: Amount
  Chicken breasts 4 pc
  Aubergine 2 pc
  Tomato 1 pc
  Green pepper 2 pc
  Onion 1 pc
  Garlic 1 pc
  Margarine 75 gr
  Tomato puree  
  Salt  
  Pesamel Sauce: Amount
  Margarine 75 gr
  Flour 150 gr
  Milk 400 gr
  Egg yolk 1 pc
  Salt  

Preparing :Melt the margarine and fry the chickens. When it is done take them out of the pan. Put the onion, garlic and tomato puree. Add in the chickens and water. Boil it for 12 hour. Take the chickens by a strainer. Place fried aubergines in a tray and put the chickens. Pour the Sauce over it. Put the grated cheddar cheese and tomato and peppers. Add in chicken Sauce and cook it in the oven (150 C) for 15 min. Serve it.
Preparatıon for the sauce: Melt the margarine. Add in flour and fry it. Add cold milk. Boil it. Add egg yolk and salt. Mix it well.
