  Potato 1 pc
  Chicken Bulyon 1 pc
  Water 2 cup
  Milk 1 cup
  Krema 5 table spoon
  Flour 2 table spoon
  Tereyag 2 table spoon
  Kasar Rendesi 5 table spoon
  Salt Yeteri kadar
  Black pepper Arzuya göre

Preparing :Pazi yapraklarini yikayip, ince ince kiyin. Potato ve Onioni temizleyerek dograyin. Buyukçe bir tencerede Butterni hafif kizdirip Flouru pembelesinceye kadar kavurFlour. Kiyilmis pazi yapragi, dogranmis Potato , Onion, Water ve Milku ilave edip, karistirin. Bu karisimin içine bir paket Chicken bulyon atin. Bulyon eriyene kadar karistirin ve iyice pisirin. Karisimi blender yardimiyla ezin. Kremayi ilave edip, Salt ve Black pepper ekleyin. Bir tasim kaynattiktan sonra çorba kaselerine bosaltip uzerlerine kasar rendesi serperek sicak servis yapin.
