Preparing
: Heat butter, cook chopped onion, add sliced
green peppers, finely chopped tomatoes, paste,
cook well.
Add stock and salt, after boiling add bulghur.
Cook, covered until bulghur are tender. Wait
10 minutes, serve hot.
