Rice with Tomatoes

  Ingredients: Amount
  Rice 2 cup
  Tomatoes 3 small size
  Butter or margarine 1/2 cup
  Salt 2 teaspoons
  Water (hot) 3 cups

Preparing :Wash the rice and drain. Wash the tomatoes and grate into saucepan, add butter or margarine, salt and water and bring to boil. Add the rice and stir. Cook for 15-20 minutes on first moderate and then low heat until all liqud is reduced, cover with a dishcloth and let stand for about 20 minutes.
