Wheat - Lentil Pilaf with Olive oil

  Ingredients: Amount
  Green lentil 1 cup
  Water
6 1/2 cup
  Onion 2 small size
  Olive Oil
1/2 cup
  Tomato paste
2 tablespoon
  Salt 2 teaspoon
  Bulgur 2 cup
  Red pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  Black Pepper 1/3 teaspoon

Preparing : lnstructions : Soak lentil overnight with water. Cook for 30-35 minutes or until tender. Set aside. Saute fınely chopped onions in olive oil for 5-6 minutes in a covered saucepan. Add lentils with cooking liquid, tomato paste, salt and water; stir well. Bring to boil. Stir in bulgur; mix well. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes; drain. Sprinkle with spices. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 20 minutes before erving. Serve hot or cold.
