  Ingredients: Amount
  Rice 1 tea glass
  Beef stock or water 1.5 lt
  Tomatoes 2 large
  Butter or margarine 2 tablespoons
  Salt 2 pc

Preparing : 1- Cook rice in beef stock until very soft, add salt.
2- In a small frypan saute tomaotes in butter until soft.
3- Add tomatoes to rice and stock. Stir through for a few minutes and remove from heat.
