Preparing :Peel the aubergines.
Cut them in two-pc. which is not completely divided.
Leave it in salty water. Wait for 5 min. and dry
them. Mix the white-cheese, dill, egg-yolk well.
Mash it. Put the mixture inside of the aubergines
and close it. Whisk the egg and cheddar-cheese
in a pan. Spread flour over the aubergines first.
Later spread egg and hard biscuit flour over them.
Fry them in oil. Serve it.
