Rumeli Soup

  Ingredients: Amount
  Chicken ½pc
  Water 1 lt.
  Rice 100 gr.
  Egg 2 pc
  Lemon juice 1 pc
  Yogurt 1 tea glass
  Margarine 100 gr.
  Carrot (grated) 300 gr.
  Potato (grated) 200 gr
  Pickle (chopped) 200 gr
  Parsley (chopped) ½ bunch
  Salt 1 spoon

Preparing : Boil the chicken and strain it. Cook the rice in chicken-broth and addin carrot and chicken pc. when it’s done, add in potato and pickle. Let it simmer. In an other Sauce-pan, melt the margarine and add in flour. Whisk it until it gets yellow-colour. Add in chicken-broth, egg, yogurt and lemon-juice. Make a Sauce.
