Preparing : Mix all the
ingredients for meatball and make the small meatballs.
Peel the aubergine and cut it into 4 pc. and than
fry them in the oil. After you fry the meatballs
put the aubergine a side of the meatballs. Put
the peeled and sliced tomatos and green peppers
on top of it and cling it with the tooth-picks.
Take all this mixture to a tray. In other Sauce-puree
and 400 gr. broth salt, sugar and pepper. When
the Sauce 15 cooked, pour it on the meatballs
and cook it in the oven heated 180 C. for 15.
