Saray Meatball

  Ingredients: Amount
  Meat
400 gr
  Onion 2 pc
  Garlic 2 small pc
  Parsley 1 bunch
  meatball spice 5 gr
  salt 5 gr
  egg 1 pc
  The Aubergine : Amount
  Aubergine 400 gr
  Oil 200 gr
  Tomatos 1 pc
  Green pepper 2 pc
  The Sauce : Amount
  Butter 100 gr
  Flour 15 gr
  Sugar 5 gr
  Meat Broth 400gr

Preparing : Mix all the ingredients for meatball and make the small meatballs. Peel the aubergine and cut it into 4 pc. and than fry them in the oil. After you fry the meatballs put the aubergine a side of the meatballs. Put the peeled and sliced tomatos and green peppers on top of it and cling it with the tooth-picks. Take all this mixture to a tray. In other Sauce-puree and 400 gr. broth salt, sugar and pepper. When the Sauce 15 cooked, pour it on the meatballs and cook it in the oven heated 180 C. for 15. min. Serve it
