  Ingredients: Amount
  Potato 1 medium
  Carrot 1 medium
  Squash 1 medium
  Celery 1 medium
  Butter 50 g
  Black pepper, Salt  
  Sauce Ingredients  
  Water 2 cups
  Egg 1
  lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  flour 1 teaspoon

Preparing : Wash and grate all vegetables. Put saucepan, cover vegetables with water, add salt and black pepper, boil covered 20 minutes. Add butter boil 10 minutes. To make terbiye, beat egg and water, add and beat flour and lemon juice, put on hot vegetable stock to make warm, pour terbiye in saucepan, boil 1 minute. Serve hot.
