Preparing : Wash and grate

with water, add salt and black pepper, boil covered
20 minutes. Add butter boil 10 minutes. To make
terbiye, beat egg and water, add and beat flour
and lemon juice, put on hot vegetable stock to
make warm, pour terbiye in saucepan, boil 1 minute.
Serve hot.
