Preparing : Put the fillet
fish in a pan and add white wine, stock cube,
salt and red liqueur. After awhile turn it upside-down.
Cover it with a foil-papper andcook it in the
oven for 30 min. Serve it with the sauce. For
the sauce:Peel the tomatos, take out seeds and
slice them. Grate the carrot and marrow. When
it’s cooked, add the tomatos and salt. Whisk the
mixture and mix it with the cream.
For the garniture : Rocket, tomatos, fish
potatos, parsley, lemon and lettuce.
