Preparing : Place bulgur
in a large bowl. Sprinkle with warm water; stir.
Let stand for 30 minutes. Combine with ground
meat minced onion and garlic and remaining ingredients;
mixing well, Knead for 5 minutes until mixture
is firm and smooth. Divide into 1 ½ egg sized
pcs. Hold one pc in left hand. Pass through
a skewer. Shape mixture into sausage like burgers
2 ½ cm (1 inch) in diameter around skewer. Squeeze
fırmly leaving fınger prints on skewered burgers.
Smooth surface. Place skewers over charcoal or
oven broiler. Broil on all sides tuming occasionally
until brown. Serve immediately.
