Spiced Ground Lamb Wheat Burger

  Ingredients: Amount
  Bulgur (fine) 1 cup
  Water (warm) ½ cup
  Onion 2 large size
  Garlic 5 clove
  Lamb Ground Meat 2 3/4 cup
  Pepper paste 1 teaspoon
  Mint 2 tablespoons
  Salt 2 teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  Red pepper 1 teaspoon
  Cummin 1 teaspoon
  Thyme ½ teaspoon

Preparing : Place bulgur in a large bowl. Sprinkle with warm water; stir. Let stand for 30 minutes. Combine with ground meat minced onion and garlic and remaining ingredients; mixing well, Knead for 5 minutes until mixture is firm and smooth. Divide into 1 ½ egg sized pcs. Hold one pc in left hand. Pass through a skewer. Shape mixture into sausage like burgers 2 ½ cm (1 inch) in diameter around skewer. Squeeze fırmly leaving fınger prints on skewered burgers. Smooth surface. Place skewers over charcoal or oven broiler. Broil on all sides tuming occasionally until brown. Serve immediately.
